Role Overview:
We are currently seeking General Staff Nurses for opportunities across the Connacht region. This is an exciting opportunity for new graduates or nurses with up to 2 years’ experience to work across a variety of healthcare settings including nursing homes, residential care facilities, and community services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective nursing care to residents
- Support residents’ wellbeing and daily care needs
- Monitor and report on residents’ condition
- Administer medications in line with best practice
- Maintain clear and accurate clinical records
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team
Requirements:
- Active NMBI registration is essential
- 1–2 years’ nursing experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A genuine interest in delivering high-quality care
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
